November 13-15 · The Kemble · Berkshires
ACE Summit IV
Three days. Thirty-five men. All food and lodging included.
Lock in at $1,500Challenge. Learn. Serve.
Three days that each do a different job. Friday challenges you. Saturday you learn. Sunday you work out what to do with it at home.
The venue
The Kemble
A private estate in the Berkshires. All 35 men stay on site for the full three days.
Day One · Friday
Challenge
You arrive into a room of 35 men you mostly don't know. The evening opens with an Expert-Led Training from someone who has paid for what he knows. Past summits brought in Sabby Piscitelli, former NFL and WWE.
Then dinner, then fire. Every man says what he came for out loud, in front of the room. It makes it harder to coast through the weekend.
Day Two · Saturday
Learn
Coffee and cold plunge at 7am. You find out you can do a hard thing before breakfast, and it reframes the rest of the day.
New for Summit IVThe Silent Hike
You walk up the mountain together and nobody talks. No phones, no music. A couple of hours with nothing to distract you and one thing to think about: what you came here for. At the top, each man shares what came up.
The rest of the day is the work. Outdoor Resilience Training. An Expert-Led Training from someone running a real operation; past summits hosted Gary Gaines, VP of Rivian.
Then Vulnerability Breakthrough Development, where men talk about what's actually going on. The part most men are wary of beforehand and the part they mention afterward. Nobody is put on the spot.
Day Three · Sunday
Serve
Morning training, then breathwork and guided visualization.
Then the award ceremony, where men are recognized for what they did over the three days. Lunch and closeout.
From men who've been
"I prayed against my own expectations and simply asked God to meet me in the Catskills. I left that summit a different man. A stronger leader, a committed brother.
These summits have become a place of renewal, a place of healing, and a place where men are restored.
Come with an open heart and lay down your expectations. Only come if you're willing to be challenged."
Jeffrey Seitz
"The summits have been the great separator between taking a different perspective but staying the same, and actually fundamentally transforming my life. Real change requires an immersive experience, not dipping your toe in.
They aren't 'alpha' training. Vulnerability, non-judgment and a focus on mental health are a staple of the entire foundation. We get to be both the lion and the lamb.
Wherever and whenever there is an ACE Summit, I'm there."
Sean O'Connor
Why only 35
We cap it at 35 so every man in the room gets known by name. When the seats are gone, the next Summit is a year out.
Who this is for
Men who are living their own life with more intention than most and ready to raise their standards.
You don't need to be in crisis or in great shape. Everything scales and nobody gets left behind. Most men arrive not knowing anyone.
